Demand is this week’s Artforum pick, along with Rirkrit Tiravanija, Megan Geckler, and Christine Nguyen. The LA scene is thriving, and with the weather the way it is in the Northeast right now, it is hard not to wish we were there.
Artforum’s New York picks for the week include Nic Cave (yes, “that” Nick Cave), Molly Smith, Cory Arcangel, Fred Tomaselli, and Daniel Domig. If you can’t soak up the sun and scene in LA, you could at least get off your ass and schlep to NYC to see these artists’ work.
